What’s an Intensive?
An intensive therapy session is any session that lasts for 90 minutes to 5+ hours. It often saves clients time and money by focusing on one area for a set amount of time.
Other benefits:
Time in session to do the interventions together
Couples report that they feel meeting and focusing on their relationship for a set amount of time creates more effective change (and less awkward after therapy time)
Access to more interventions
Who benefits?
There is no cap on who can do intensive therapy. It is helpful to be able to choose one area to focus on and I have seen great results for new moms, couples, working moms, pilots, shift workers.
What will it be like?
You and I will hop on a consultation call to discuss your goals.
We can discuss the variety of ways to hit that goal. For intensives, there are a variety of modalities used one of them is Deep Brain Reorienting and others include me taking you through the steps I use over the course of months with people in just about 5-6 hours.
We pick a date and time that works for you.
You place a deposit down.
You fill out some intake forms at least a week before we meet.
I send you our loose schedule for our time together.
