This online 7-week course creates a more intentional way of being in the world. It’s about seeing the seasons of your life. This is about creating peace as calm as the fresh fallen snow so that in the summer months you shine as bright as the sun at noon.
Through a series of private podcasts, educational materials, and instructor feedback, I’ll challenge you to concentrate on your intention and the connection between your spirit and your daily life. Through a protocol, I have developed called G.R.I.T.
G.R.I.T. is a series of daily tools that help you create a thriving life. This is for the woman who has tried it all and still feels lacking. She year after year takes on more, accomplishes more and some how her guilt only grows. Her friends call her strong, she feels tired and wants peace, calm…sanity.
This course is set up for a Do-it-yourself (DIY) self-study or a group that will gather over Zoom weekly for 90-minute group meetings. We start on 12.12.23…won’t you…

Your heart has a nervous system.
Your gut has more serotonin in it than the brain does…and in wintering we draw it all together using the season as our guide because this the connection between the brain, the heart and the gut… this is your soul plan
During my 20 years of studying and working with women I have developed a protocol called G.R.I.T. and I fully believe it takes grit to get to grace. Through worksheets, journal prompts and a private podcast you will learn daily, small, achievable changes to implement to create peace in your thriving life.
In winter, underneath a blanket of snow or deep in the cold ground is seeds of life waiting to spring forth.
In winter, the world goes quiet and we hear ourselves think for the first time in a long time.
As the light begins to return to the northern hemisphere- you to can start to return home through these practices.
In group, we will learn from each other and cover the weeks material through question and answers as well as do “hot seat” but think cozy by the fire with a wise woman feel good seat sessions for all members.
